The best LinkedIn automation tools

The Harp team ·

We build Harp, which is on this list, so weigh our take accordingly. Every other tool is described from its own website as of the date above.

Most LinkedIn automation lists rank by features. We think the first question is different: where does your LinkedIn session run, and how does the tool act on it? That decides what the tool can do (around the clock, many accounts) and what it costs you in control over your own account. No tool can guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account.

Cloud tools

  • HeyReach. Many sender accounts with rotation, a dedicated residential proxy per sender listed on its pricing page, and an MCP server. Best for: agencies.
  • Expandi. Cloud-based, with a dedicated country-based IP per account, automatic warm-up and email steps. Best for: LinkedIn plus email with the computer off.
  • Dripify. Runs on its own servers with a dedicated IP, randomized timing and email steps. Best for: set-and-forget LinkedIn sequences.
  • OXYGEN. Connects LinkedIn through Unipile as part of a broad GTM platform. Best for: LinkedIn inside an all-in-one stack.

Prospecting tools and multichannel sequencers

  • Waalaxy. Affordable LinkedIn prospecting and cold email with a Chrome extension, priced by monthly invitations. Best for: getting started cheaply.
  • La Growth Machine. LinkedIn invites, messages and voice notes alongside email and calls, priced per sender identity. Best for: multichannel sequences.
  • lemlist and Salesforge. Outbound platforms with LinkedIn steps next to email. Best for: teams that want LinkedIn inside their email tool.

LinkedIn as manual tasks

  • Apollo. LinkedIn steps in a sequence are tasks: Apollo reminds you and opens the profile, and you do the action. Best for: keeping LinkedIn fully manual.

Your own browser

  • Harp. Drives your real Chrome on your own Mac at the operating-system level: no extension, no injected code, click navigation, daily limits that vary, a four-week warm-up and a right-person check before every message or invite. Mac only; one account per Mac. Best for: a founder’s or seller’s own account, inside an outbound loop their agent runs.

Questions to ask any of them

Where does my session run? Does anything run inside LinkedIn’s pages? Does it reach profiles by clicking or by URL? What are the daily limits and is there a warm-up? How does it confirm the right person before sending? See How to automate LinkedIn without putting your account at risk.

Questions

Which LinkedIn automation tool is safest?

None can guarantee an account will never be restricted. What you can compare is how human the activity looks: volumes, warm-up, navigation, timing and where the session runs.
