The best AI SDR tools

The Harp team ·

We build Harp, which is on this list, so weigh our take accordingly. Every other tool is described from its own website as of the date above.

Every AI SDR tool answers one question differently: whose AI does the work? Platforms ship their own agent and price its work into the product. Harnesses let your own agent do the work and handle everything around it. Both are valid; they suit different teams.

AI SDR platforms (their agent)

  • 11x. AI workers: Alice for outbound and Julian for inbound, across email, social, voice, chat, SMS and WhatsApp. Demo-led. Best for: teams that want to hand outbound and inbound to a vendor, voice included.
  • Artisan. Ava, an autonomous AI BDR, with a 250M+ contact database, email and a dialer; credit-based plans. Best for: teams that want data and AI from one vendor.
  • AiSDR. Its own AI across email, LinkedIn and voice notes, with pay-as-you-go pricing per person prospected. Best for: starting self-serve and paying per prospect.
  • Salesforge Agent Frank. An AI SDR on top of Salesforge’s email and LinkedIn platform, sold separately after a demo. Best for: teams already on Salesforge.

Platforms with AI agents inside

  • OXYGEN. A GTM operating system with built-in agents, a CLI and a hosted MCP server; its AI Sales Agent drafts replies for approval. Best for: one broad self-serve platform.
  • lemlist and Instantly. Outbound platforms that have added AI agents, including AI replies. Best for: teams that want AI on top of a sequencer they already use.

Harness for your own agent

  • Harp (harpgtm.com). The MCP harness for pipeline generation: your agent researches and qualifies with evidence, Harp runs email and LinkedIn sequences, sends from your own mailbox and wakes the agent to answer replies. LinkedIn runs from your real Chrome on your Mac. Runs locally next to Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Cowork. Best for: people whose own agent should run outbound end to end.

How to choose

  • Do you already use an AI agent you trust? If yes, look at a harness; if no, a platform.
  • Who should answer replies: an AI that sends, an AI that drafts for approval, or a person?
  • Where does LinkedIn run: in the cloud, through an extension, or in your own browser?
  • How is the AI priced: per contact, per credit, or not at all because it is yours?
