What is new in Harp. RSS

Deliverability: warm-up, one-click unsubscribe, plain text

  • New mailboxes warm up over 28 days, from 10 cold emails a day in the first week to 40 in the fourth, never above the mailbox’s own limit. Settings shows the day and today’s cap.
  • Cold emails carry a one-click unsubscribe header (RFC 8058) with a signed link per recipient. Unsubscribing suppresses the address and stops that person’s sequences.
  • Every prospect email now includes a plain-text version alongside the HTML.
  • Open and click tracking is off by default for prospect email; a workspace can turn it on.
  • Each mailbox can carry its own signature, added to replies.

Your agent books meetings

  • When a prospect wants to talk, your agent offers free times from the receiving mailbox’s own calendar and books the one they pick, with a Meet link and an invite.
  • One meeting per contact; times outside your working hours are never offered.

onbound is now Harp

  • New name, new domain: harpgtm.com. Harp is the MCP harness for pipeline generation.
  • Every customer is set up by the Harp team; talk to sales to get started.

Replies answered within minutes

  • Harp watches your mailbox. A reply, bounce or unsubscribe stops that person’s sequence at once.
  • A reply wakes your agent, which answers email replies within minutes during your working hours.
  • LinkedIn replies are drafted by your agent and wait for your yes in Slack before anything is sent.
  • Prospect email now goes out through your own Google Workspace mailbox via the Gmail API.

LinkedIn actions with a right-person check

  • Your agent can work LinkedIn through Harp’s Mac app: it sees the page and acts only by clicking, the way a person browses.
  • Messages and invitations check they are on the intended person’s profile first. If that cannot be confirmed, nothing is sent.
  • Daily limits vary from day to day, and a menu-bar indicator shows when Harp is working.

Qualification questions, playbooks and copy review

  • Write your qualification questions once; your agent answers them per account with evidence and source, and every answer keeps its history and age.
  • Research gaps show which answers are missing or stale, so your agent refreshes only those.
  • Playbooks package a sequence with the questions it depends on. Answers become variables in your emails, and an email waiting on an answer is held instead of sent with a gap.
  • Campaigns can require copy review: your agent reads each rendered email before it sends.
  • Emails land in the recipient’s working hours, spaced a few minutes apart per mailbox.
  • A compact MCP tool set built for agents, so whole account lists fit in your agent’s context.
