Replies answered within minutes

The Harp team ·

The first reply is the moment outbound pays off, and the moment most setups drop. A reply that waits until tomorrow’s session is often a lost meeting. Harp is built so it never waits.

What happens when someone replies

  • Harp watches your mailbox. A reply, bounce or unsubscribe stops that person’s sequence at once, before anything else happens.
  • The reply wakes your AI agent, within minutes during your working hours.
  • Your agent answers in the prospect’s own thread, from the mailbox that received it. Harp fixes the recipient, the thread and the mailbox, and allows one reply per message.
  • If the prospect wants to talk, your agent offers free times from the receiving mailbox’s own calendar and books the one they pick, with a Meet link and an invite.
  • Anything the agent cannot answer from the product facts you give it, such as pricing details or security questions, goes to a person.

LinkedIn replies wait for your yes

On LinkedIn, your agent drafts the reply and Harp asks you in Slack for a go-ahead. Once you say yes, Harp’s Mac app sends it through the same LinkedIn safety checks as every other step.

Answered, not just drafted

Many tools stop at a draft for a person to approve. That is a fine choice for some teams. Harp makes the other choice for email: your agent answers, within guardrails you set, so the prospect hears back while they are still interested.

Questions

Can I keep a person in the loop for every reply?

LinkedIn replies always wait for your yes in Slack. For email, your agent answers from the product facts you give it and hands anything else to a person.

Which calendar does Harp book on?

The calendar of the Google Workspace mailbox that received the reply. One meeting per contact, and times outside your working hours are never offered.
