Claude outbound prompt pack

The Harp team ·

These prompts assume your agent is connected to an outbound harness such as Harp, so it can read and write accounts, research answers, sequences and replies. Square brackets are yours to fill.

Start of day

  • "Run the briefing. Tell me what is due today, what is held and why, and which research is stale. Keep it under ten lines."
  • "What changed since yesterday: new replies, bounces, unsubscribes, meetings booked?"

Research

  • "Fill the research gaps for the next [20] accounts. Answer each question yes, no or unknown, and save the evidence and source with every answer. Stop on an account as soon as a fit question is no."
  • "For [company], find the head of sales and one specific, recent thing their company published. Save both with links."
  • "Here is a list of companies: [paste]. Add them as accounts, skipping any we already have."

Enrollment

  • "Enroll every contact at a qualified account who is a head of sales or founder into the [playbook] playbook. Tell me who was skipped and why."
  • "Find accounts that qualified more than [60] days ago and have no open sequence. Show me the list before enrolling anyone."

Copy review

  • "Review every draft due in the next 24 hours. Approve the ones that are specific and true; edit first lines that could have been sent to anyone else."
  • "If you make the same edit twice, save it as a copy note for this playbook."

LinkedIn and manual steps

  • "Show me today’s LinkedIn steps, then work them and mark each one done."

Replies

  • "Claim pending replies. For each: if they want to talk, offer times and book; if they asked a question you can answer from our product facts, answer it; otherwise hand it to me. Close every reply with an outcome."

Questions

Do these prompts work without Harp?

The research and copy prompts work in any Claude setup. The enrollment, sending, LinkedIn and reply prompts need a harness that holds sequences and watches for replies.
